University of The Moorish Science Temple of America founded  in February of 2006 designed as a school to educate Moorish Moslems within the Moorish Science Temple of America (1928 portion) giving a complete in-depth study on the subjects of Islam, Nationality, Religious History and Law. In 2012 due to overwhelming request for enrollment from people not members of The Moorish Science Temple of America-1928 our leadership open doors of MITI to the general public offering courses in basic Islamic studies to advanced religious world studies. MITI is primarily made available as an on-line institution; we offer our Islamic 101 Course exclusively for active members within the MSTA1928 community. We will soon restart our correspondent 101 course for men and women presently incarcerate.      

We offer easy accessible online classes, digital library and computer simulations; along with live audio and video feeds of instructors.
